Responsible for documentation, communication, performing and monitoring health metrics for wellness, and supporting the care team in addressing resident care.

QMAs are responsible for providing medications, and nursing care to residents, as supervised by the community LPN.

CNAs provide hands-on care, in alignment with the resident’s care plan. CNAs are responsible for quality care for each resident. 

Dietary Cooks prepare, cook, and serve food to residents while following established sanitation, safety, and dietary procedures. 

Dietary Aides serve food to residents while following established sanitation, safety, and dietary procedures. 

Receptionists are responsible for welcoming residents and visitors into the community.

Housekeepers are responsible for keeping our communities clean, comfortable, and safe for our residents.
